    With 20+ years of experience in design, print and marketing, and a decade specialising in planner/journal publishing and retail, Sophie has a passion for all things stationery, productivity, and planning. When not busy plotting social media domination, she enjoys getting out in nature, clay shooting or taking a trip to the coast on her Harley Davidson.

    Jennifer has a background in administration and office management. She is responsible for providing support to our authors from the start of their Rethink journey, through to the finished product and beyond. Jennifer loves to be busy in her garden, exploring new places and getting lost in a good book!

    Operations Support Manager

    Emma has 20+ years of book publishing experience with a core focus on operations, project management and business support.  She is born for the back office, loving to problem solve.  When not at her desk she’ll be planning her next trip, whether it be a city adventure or racing to get back to the beach or the slopes.

    Alexander has a background in customer service and team management. He is the first point of contact for many of our authors and also assists with creating our promotional material. Alexander is an avid photographer and videographer and is always looking for the next adventure!

    Kathleen has 10+ years of editorial experience and an MA in printing and book design history. A true bibliophile at heart, she is committed to producing nonfiction books that engage, inspire and inform. When her nose isn’t buried in a book, she gets her thrills from camping, wild swimming and trekking.

    Eve has 20+ years of experience in the US and UK publishing industries and an MSc in Publishing. In a former life she was a primary school teacher. Her spare time is taken up with running and playing in a steel band.

    Kerry has 25+ years of experience in editorial and production roles for various publishers. She is in her dream job as she gets to do what she loves most every day – reading, writing and producing books! When she doesn’t have her head buried in words, she moonlights as the bass player in an indie pop band.
